Acquisition Places Cygnus at Top of Residential,

Cygnus Business Media announced today it has acquired Locksmith Publishing Corporation, a division of Unican. Included in the purchase are two highly regarded security and locksmith publications -- Locksmith Ledger International and Security Technology & Design, two websites, LLedger.com, serving the locksmith industry and the Security Information Management Online Network, SIMON-NET.com, a successful industry portal. The acquisition also includes LedgerWorld, a conference & exposition serving the Locksmith market.
